RealPeople @ Mosaic provides a community based educational day service for people with a disability. We promote confidence, self expression, personal skills and self esteem.

Our programme provides a range of useful and practical skills to students as well as many opportunities to make decisions, gain confidence, become more independent and gain self esteem. Our aim is to support people to become as independent as possible and take a valued role in their community.

The programme is flexible and runs in blocks of ten weeks. A strong focus on personal creative work provides many opportunities for each student's personal development. RealPeople @ Mosaic is a dynamic, fun and interesting place in which to work.

The service is funded for 48 clients but provides for 75 clients per week on average.

Our art focus culminates once a year with the winebox auction held mid-year.
